Disappointed to see the lock boxes are…
Disappointed to see the lock boxes are still sold out as well as the green locks. Would be great if I could begin using this lock system at my facility soon.

Valorie, so sorry for the disappointment. We along with thousands of businesses have been impacted by the well publicized Global Shipping and Logistics problems. Good News though! All our disc locks and drop boxes are now back in stock and ready to order. Our out of stock High Collar locks should be in next week too. Have a Great Day.

I wanted to buy 24 round red overlocks
I wanted to buy 2 dozen of the the round red overlocks, but it just said "out of stock". There was no indication as to when you'd have them back in stock again. I tried calling you and got voicemail. I bought the yellow color instead but I really don't want yellow ones but I need locks. Not having any idea as to when you'll have the red ones back in stock again I just bought the yellow ones. I guess I'll have to make do. Frustrating.

So sorry for the frustration. We expect all out of stock products to be back online and available by late September. The worldwide Covid situation is continuing to greatly impact shipping and logistics and has cause unprecedented delays. Thanks for feedback. Great solution to Contact Free business
DaVinci has been a fantastic way for us to offer contact free rentals at all our facilities. We can maintain our security while offering customers a contact free rental experience. The DaVinci app interfaces with our management software and website making it very easy to communicate lock codes to our customers during the rental process. Thanks for everything DaVinci!
