Easy order but fragile product
Easy online ordering of locks which arrived in a few days. I like the selection of lock colors. My hold out for the 5th star is the durability of the disk locks - or lack thereof. One drop and the lock will be damaged and unusable.
Response from DaVinci SolutionsJul 21, 2025
Diane, thank you for your review and feedback! We'd love to hear more about your experience with the disc locks and find a solution to support you. A member of our team is reaching out to you now to discuss further. As always, thank you for your candor and for being a valued DaVinci customer!

Love the concept - Locks may not hold up outside
Love the concept and the platform. However, experience with the locks over the past two months has given us concern. The locks appear to not be holding up well on exterior doors with exposure to "the elements". It may be that we need a different kind of lock (and maybe DaVinci offers a type better suited to outdoor/exterior applications - I do not know). All of our units here are exterior / exposed to the atmosphere and the DaVinci locks show significant signs of rust as well as having tumblers that are now difficult to turn/roll after only two months use in the field.

locks seem well made
locks seem well made, no problems with them so far. However, I did recently see a YouTube video that showed them to be very easy to pick
Response from DaVinci SolutionsMar 24, 2025
Cynthia, we're thrilled to hear you have had a positive experience with the DaVinci Lock System. Thank you for sharing your concern around our locks. Our locks are trusted by thousands of operators across the country for their reliability, convenience, and performance. No lock is impervious, but our locks are designed to balance real-world security needs with a cost-effective solution. In real world scenarios, our locks continue to perform as an industry leader. The individual in the video you mentioned is a highly skilled “lock picker” who specializes in identifying vulnerabilities in all locks. When searching online, you will see similar videos for all types of locks in the same category. We continuously evaluate our products and take feedback seriously. If you have further questions or would like to discuss best practices for lock usage, we’re happy to connect.

Great product, great support. Only issue was they held the entire order up for the one back ordered item. Once I inquired as to the shipping date ... they shipped the in stock items right away.
