Jasmine Caballero was phenomenal
Jasmine Caballero was phenomenal. I needed her assistance in placing my orders as I was ordering locks for 3 of our locations and kept getting confused. She contacted me right away after sending an email via support and it was after hours. She eased my nerves and took care of everything for me.

Makes unmanned storage management a breeze!
I began using the DaVinci Lock nearly a year ago. The product makes operating a self storage facility so much easier, especially as the industry continues to evolve with different operating models (hub and spoke, unmanned, etc.). For those of us operating manned facilities, this saves payroll expense by not having to have someone cut locks during the delinquency process. Overall my experience has been fantastic. Love the product and the support side is also amazing!

There is no phone number to be able to…
There is no phone number to be able to call someone. One of the locks we received was assigned to another facility. They are replacing the lock, but still confused why we received one lock that was not ours. Our units wouldn't show up, a simple fix but could have been resolved in minutes had we been able to call but is took a couple of days to resolve by email coorespondence
Response from DaVinci SolutionsMar 11, 2023
