We are really enjoying DaVinci Locks
We are really enjoying DaVinci Locks! With owning a Storage Facility, their black locks come in handy for rentals and we use the Red for those who are behind more than 30 days without contact. I love how the locks and serial numbers can be converted into their site. This makes it easier to know which locks are in use and which ones are not.

Customer Service does not know what customer service is.
You have really, really poor customer service. I was trying to get Storedge to sync with Davici. I called customer service and had them check the problem out. After working on my issues with DaVinci syncing, I got everything but the lock code to show up in Storedge. Finally, Customer Service responded that they had pushed the issue up. I would have apprediated better communication so I was not trying to fix something they knew was broken.
