Meh.
The product is fine, but don't expect any loyalty or preference for size. They treat you the same if you buy 10 locks or 2500. Certainly that can be a compliment but after a few years of using their product and not feeling any loyalty isn't a great feeling. No bulk buy discount, no shipping discount, nothing, just a notice that they are adding a fee for using their app. Great news if you're small, but a real turnoff if you're trying to scale in any fashion. The locks aren't very durable. They're painted which is better than the ones I get off alibaba, but not by much. If I hadn't had someone else buy and had already paid for these then I would have cancelled the order.
