The new DaVinci app is not as easy to use in the field. I find the camera is less precise than the previous version. I continually have it not able to read or misread the serial number but I do appreciate it is a large window. Using the Dashboard window makes it hard to add unit numbers as the keyboard covers the drop down of units in the system. If you try to scroll it erases what you have typed which is super frustrating. The 3rd item is the app continually freezes up, sometimes up to 5 minutes when it tries to save changes to a lock which is not handy, especially when trying to do multiple units. The last item is it seems to have a hard time syncing with our Site Link system. Granted this only happens on a handful of my units but when you double check in DaVinci locks can be correct but when we look in Site Link, units without a lock show having a lock, units locked show no lock and some even show 2 locks.
