Love the concept and the platform. However, experience with the locks over the past two months has given us concern. The locks appear to not be holding up well on exterior doors with exposure to "the elements". It may be that we need a different kind of lock (and maybe DaVinci offers a type better suited to outdoor/exterior applications - I do not know). All of our units here are exterior / exposed to the atmosphere and the DaVinci locks show significant signs of rust as well as having tumblers that are now difficult to turn/roll after only two months use in the field.

I was taken back a bit with an email that said my order was canceled with no explanation. When I emailed them they said it was done by mistake. I appreciated there fast response to my email.

Avoid this company! Buy your locks elsewhere get a cheap engraver and put your own number on them. Much easier than dealing with DaVinci. They will send your locks. They will not send you the combination to the locks. Forget calling them. They don't have a phone number. You have to fill out their contact form and wait. When they reply, they will tell you that you have to set up an account with them. Not easy to do as it requires your website but not matter how many times or ways you put it in, it will say the website is invalid. Then they will apparently create an account for you and you have to reset the password. Once you get in, don't expect to find your combinations. You can search but it will not come up with any combinations. Then the site will kick you out because you do not have a paid subscription to their service. You can't even subscribe. You have to contact sales so they can attempt to upsell you on whatever great services they offer. I finally got my combinations but not until I requested an RMA and return shipping labels 3-4 times. Don't waste your time. There is nothing special about these locks. Just buy locks elsewhere and an engraver and you are good to go. That is what I have done for years. I thought this would be simpler but I was very very wrong.
