Do NOT under any circumstances buy from this company. Until you try calling customer service. They revert you to an email & you receive bot replies out of the Philippines. They say one thing. They do not deliver. My kit hasn't been processed going on two weeks. Their shipper is in China. They do NOT deliver. Don't make my mistake. I didn't really research them. Now it's too late The more I deep dived the more I noticed significant problems with the product. And customers saying the same thing. People are still waiting for the product after a month or two. I was promised by Wednesday. 17th. No response same reply. I am recent cancer survivor and this has caused me enormous stress. I'm sick because I really wanted it for a special Christmas gift. And nothing but tears. The shipping agent they use. Have terrible reviews and even sent me a reply that they have NOT even received it. Again. Do NOT buy. And Josephine in the Philippines with her sign off happy painting email. Even though she gives word salad. I know darn well I'm out of luck receiving this before Christmas. I would urge everyone to respond to their post on social media too. This site should not be the only place your voice is heard. Facebook Instagram X etc. If you see their post. Reply with the real story how they operate. Perfect example. They asked for more information even though I had the order number on this review. ORDER 20550 Update. I just received an email from Josephine in the Philippines. She stated there is no way of seeing where my product is at in real time. If that doesn't scare you. Nothing will. Once the shipper w low reviews gets involved. It's a gamble. UPDATE. Josephine in the Philippines. Sent email this morning. She only knows my product is in MY COUNTRY. She couldn't even say the United States. Once you pay them. It's a gamble. Research the negative reviews besides Trust Pilot. DO NOT BUY I am asking for a Full Refund.

Please do not order from here! I ordered from this company almost a month ago and after my item got stuck along the way, they offered no updates or resolution. I reached out to their Instagram, their provided email and rang both a US number and Irish number associated with the site. Still no responses or updates, had to raise a case to get my money back! Don’t waste your time (Edit: they want me to change this review but I only got the item after posting here and in their Instagram dm’s, funny how that works isn’t it)

Ordered a kit on the 22nd November for a Xmas gift, I needed time to ship on to a different location, the order number is 17872, 20 days later I still don't know where my kit is, as all of the tracking info is written in Chinese !!! A few things davincified DON'T tell you when you place an order........ It's a UK website, but they actually ship from China, It takes them 3-5 working days to actually pick them off the shelf and initiate shipping. Their 7-14 day delivery time is total rubbish, they don't include weekends or bank holidays in this timescale. It's now been 20 days since placing my order, and I now have no chance of shipping it on to it's final destination in time for the Xmas gift it was intended to be. Hugely disappointed with a company that's supposed to be one of the best out there. I have emailed customer services 4 times so far, most recently 3 days ago where Josephine asked for some time to look into this and would reply ASAP. 72 hours later and still no reply They don't care about the customer once they have your money, which in my case was approximately £60, not exactly cheap for a pbn kit. By all means read the 5* reviews before ordering, though I also urge anyone buying here to read the 1* reviews too, this way you will see a true indication of how good this company is !!

I hate how you just don’t leave me alone and stress me about offering feedback. SOME PEOPLE DONT DO IT and you should stop asking about it soooo many times!

I ordered 48 colors, only got 38... I created the image I sent in for my custom kit, so I am aware of the colors involved. I know digital displays show color a bit differently than a paint will... but the woman in the picture I sent in has white skin, with a variety of shades leading to an almost gray in some places, this is why i wanted 48 colors, for that shading detail... what I got was a green paint and only one shade of it incorporated into 90%of the skin? I get it being limited, if my 48 colors was reached, sacrifices need to be made.. but I'm missing paint colors and from an off white to a green is not a"slight color variation" what's worse is I reached out days ago, was told they would look into my concerns.... and then never heard back.... I thought the higher than average cost would at least mean better customer service... but they don't seem to care.

Das generierte Bild entspricht nicht dem was man tatsächlich erhält. Ich habe das teuerste Set mit 48 Farben gekauft. Weder die Farben, noch die erstellten Felder stimmen mit dem überein wie es verkauft wird. Der Kunden“service“ ist sehr gut darin Ausreden zu finden wieso weshalb und warum alles so ist wie es ist und geht nicht auf die Probleme ein. Es wurde mir keine Lösung vorgeschlagen (wie man behauptet) und ich werde ignoriert. Wenn ich ein Bild generiert bekomme erwarte ich eben dieses Ergebnis! Wenn ich ein Paket mit weniger Farben kaufe, dann sollte auch das generierte Bild entsprechend angepasst werden! ICH HABE DAS TEUERSTE SET MIT ALLEN FARBEN GEKAUFT UND ES KOMMT TROTZDEM NICHT HIN! Was ein Scam! Nachtrag zur Rückmeldung von davincified: Genau das reklamiere ich doch! Es entspricht eben NICHT dem Bild was ihr anzeigt! Zum Thema Kundenservice: Es wird mir keine Lösung vorgeschlagen und man wirft mit ausreden um sich! Man hilft mir nicht und sucht keine Lösung! Leute, lasst euch nicht auf den Arm nehmen, dieses Produkt ist zu schön um wahr zu sein! Leider!

The image generator was not working for the one image my son wanted, so I waited a few days, but it still wasnt working, and I wanted to get it for him for christmas so I went ahead and bought it thinking they had quality control and would see that the image was not right (his head was not pasted in the background and not on on the actual figure). They did not even look at it and mailed the incorrect image and are now refusing a reprint or a refund. My son is devastated.

Er meget utilfreds over dette maleri jeg har modtaget. Farverne som i har sat til jeg skal male , stemmer ikke overens mad fotoet. I har ikke sat sort, som habitten , og grøn som bladene. Det er for dyrt til et sådan elendigt produkt i har leveret.
