Even though I try to keep my computer protected by updating the anti-virus software on regular bases, today’s viruses seem to have evolved, so my data got corrupted. I took my computer to ACE Data Recovery as I was told they are real miracle workers. I highly recommend their services to everyone who needs professional assistance in recovering corrupted data.

When my wife stepped on my thumb drive I thought I would die. I had all my documents on that little thing! But ACE Data Recovery came to my rescue. The people at the lab were very kind and were able to restore all my data within a few days. Words can’t explain how grateful I am for the miracle they've done with my files!

About 80% of data was retrieved from my hard drive, but I am just thankful that I got some of the files that I needed. The tech team as well as the customer service team were very polite and were willing to update me regarding the progress of the data recovery.

Whenever I use the ACE Data Recovery services, I know that I am in good hands. I do not have to ask for progress reports because they already have the initiative to set up an online system for easy tracking. I do not have to worry because I can see that they do their best every time.

The personable customer service representatives made this service seem trustworthy. The status of my hard drive was evaluated first and its condition was explained to me in a clear and concise manner. Not all of my files were retrieved but that is understandable given that my hard drive was smashed. Still, I got some of the files that were most important to me.

I needed to get just a few of my documents from my hard drive so I talked to one of their reps—and I am glad I did! Their service was excellent from beginning to end. All of the files that I wanted retrieved were recovered and given to me in no time. Thank you very much for the hard work!
