ACE Data Recovery has very transparent written quotes and when my hard drive was more damaged physically then initially estimated, they prorated down the final cost according to the usefulness to me of the data recovery. Very professional company with great personnel and great customer service that really cares about customer satisfaction!

ACE Data Recovery is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I had an accidental deletion and overwrite on a drive, and my backup. These were not just any files, they were precious photos of my daughter and dog that I spent years collecting and that mean the world to me. ACE was my only hope. From the moment I reached out until now, they have been very professional and trustworthy. I sent my drive to them and they communicated with me every step of the way. They informed me of what they could do before they charged. I trusted them and I am SO GLAD I DID! THIS COMPANY RECOVERED ALL OF MY DELETED FILES and returned them to me on a new disc! I sat and cried tears of joy when I saw the deleted files, just as hard as I had cried tears of hurt when I lost the files. If you are dealing with a similar situation, I highly highly recommend them! They are true experts and priced reasonably as well. I am beyond grateful. They gave me lots of priceless life memories back and I can't thank them enough!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I called in looking for advice on my server that crashed and was treated with horrible customer service. I can't imagine what it would be like to work with this company. They are hands down the most rude employees / owners I've ever had the dis privilege of working with. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They seem to be an very small shotty data recovery company that probably practices data recovery at best.

I dropped off a hard drive at Ace that my husband's tech guy from work said was "toast". I panicked as 4 years worth of family pictures were among that items I thought I had lost forever. I am so grateful to this company for recovering my pictures for me. I am so relieved and would recommend ACE Data recovery to anyone!!! They are amazing at what they do.

When I accidently pulled out my flash drive from the PC during the file transfer, I lost the data both from the PC and the flash drive. I took them both to ACE data recovery and prayed for a miracle. Maria promised to contact me within 48 hours with the diagnoses. I got a call in 24 hours and in two days I already got my data back. I really recommend their services!

A few weeks ago I dropped my laptop, and it broke down to pieces. I was more worried about the data I had, but there was nothing I could do. I searched for data recovery in my area, found ACE Data Recovery and decided to give them a call. They were able to restore everything I had in just a few days.

I was working on a very important project with a pretty tight deadline when the program I was working on decided to crash. I lost everything I had worked on for days and I had no time to start over. I contacted ACE data recovery and they were able to restore almost everything I’d lost. They saved my life and my career!
