I wish I could give 0 stars. I called in looking for advice on my server that crashed and was treated with horrible customer service. I can't imagine what it would be like to work with this company. They are hands down the most rude employees / owners I've ever had the dis privilege of working with. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They seem to be an very small shotty data recovery company that probably practices data recovery at best.
