I had dropped my phone in the toilet and little did I know I charged it thinking it would be ok but the next morning I noticed my phone battery was really low then it eventually died on me so I heard putting rice on it would work. With my situation, the rice method didn't work so I looked up many data recovery companies out there and decided to go with Data Recovery. After the whole process from the evaluation to the recovery of my data, I can say it was a success. They were able to recovered everything not just the pictures and music I wanted but also the little things such as contacts, text messages, etc. Data Recovery pulled off an impossible task involving my phone and I was very well satisfied with this company. Data Recovery Team thank you for recovering everything on my phone. You guys were great!

I experienced a hardware failure on a Western Digital USB drive which could not be addressed through 'do-it-yourself' data recovery software utilities. I had very important data on the drive which was not backed-up to another location, so it was critical to have the drive diagnosed and the data saved if possible. As one of two data recovery services recommended by Western Digital, I contacted datarecovery.com. They responded immediately, in person, and guided me through their process for handling data recovery cases. Once they received my drive, it was diagnosed and a report sent within a few hours of it's arrival. The recovery process for my drive took several days and I was kept advised of the stages of the process. The recovery was 100% successful in my case. The recovered data was returned on a 1 TB Western Digital USB drive (other media options are also available). I highly recommend datarecovery.com if you have suffered a loss of critically important information. The cost of their service is substantial, but if the data is not replaceable it is worth the price.
