As a media producer, my life's work is data, which was stored on an external drive so I could work on multiple computers. One day the drive would no longer read on any of my computers. I was at a loss, but Data Recovery retrieved all may data and 1 week later all my data was returned on a new drive, so I'm back at work.

I had no idea where to start when my iMac hard drive died, we had zero previous problems with the computer so we kept forgetting to back it up just assuming we would get around to it not realizing that years were passing. My WD external HD went belly up, we had backblaze online backup as a precaution, however we were not aware that backblaze deletes any external hard drive backups if undetected for 30 days. I am very impressed with Datarecovery. I had sent in a request for an estimate for recovery. They called very soon after the email. Unfortunately I had to leave the country and could not respond. However, they kept at it and we finally hooked up. Estimate for recovery extremely reasonable. They were able to recover every thing literally a day after my acceptance of the estimate. I am an attorney here in St. Charles, MO. My office computer hard drive suddenly crashed on the evening of 9/24. This hard drive had all my past & current word processing files going back almost 27 years plus all my past & current calendar/billing & tax/financial records from 1990 onward.
