Worst service Ever. Am running trades on this VPS and got F***d up. Always a network issue. No response from support team.

I think they are illegal. The account I just registered and paid. They had no reason to delete my account and did not refund.

I don't recommend anyone to work with this provider

Very very unreliable. Poor customer experience. Do not recommend!

By far, the worst Forex VPS company I have used so far. The customer support is terrible. The RDP connection would not hold. Their answer was to send me hyper links to fix it myself. The server kept freezing...their answer was to send me hyper links to fix it myself. The server was literally inoperable for 24 hours. They did not respond until the 23rd hour once they were alerted of the issue many times. And their answer was "we changed some configurations, your server should now work". If your VPS provides your livelihood, or even if you just want consistent service and good support, do NOT use Databasemart.....they are the worst.

I encountered many errors, and in the end (fortunately) it didn't accept the payment.

Slow loading images. Difficult to install SSL. System had been hacked twice. Recent changes crashed my site and they blamed it on code - uploaded the same files to my new host and wouldn't ya know....it worked as designed. (Redirects from a button click the host info was being overwritten causing things to not load)
