I strongly advise against using Database Mart. My experience was defined by failing hardware (RTX A6000) that their own engineers acknowledged in writing as faulty, yet the company refused to rectify the issue. Instead of honoring the original agreement, they attempted to force an 'upgrade' to an A100 server without explicitly disclosing the extra costs, effectively trying to upsell me to solve a problem they were already obligated to fix. I have internal memos and emails from their own staff confirming the hardware issues, which they now refuse to admit in public or in billing disputes. This is a predatory business model: provide faulty equipment, create a 'problem,' and then attempt to profit from the 'solution' via hidden costs. I have terminated my account and moved my agency’s infrastructure to a reliable, professional provider. If you value data integrity and honest billing, look elsewhere."
