Website was fairly easy to navigate. The info on the website is helpful when comparing cameras to one another. The price point was okay (cyber Monday deal is what got me) vs other sites. Delivery was fast (and free!). Overall, excellent job.

I gave the dashcam as a gift. All I can report is it arrived one day before my daughters birthday. Exactly as planned. I believe she is quite happy with the product.

I have a good experience. Product shipped pretty quickly. I’ve ordered the blackvue dr490L-2Ch with gps. Wish they could’ve have a package deal which the prices included the external gps.

Cameras and pro magic work as advertised...very easy to hookup and operate but night vision out of the front and rear camera is very poor unless you are in the best light. The front camera does not do a food job of capturing tag details and playing back the camera via a mobile device is an exercise in extreme patients.

Good pre-sales questions answered. Product in good shape and delivered quickly. Wouldn't take back my 16gb card (around 30 dollars) after purchasing a 128gb card from them (around 120 dollars), which I found to be a little petty, but other than that, good experience.

Takes to long for camera to be mailed to you. just about a week in my case. I assumed DashCam bros. being in Austin Tx. it would have arrived sooner but oh well..

Its been several days and my order hasn't been updated. I tried the LIVE CHAT, no response even though it said they were available. A few hours after this posted, I received a message and apology. My order has been shipped. Thank you.

Hi Mykul, Thank you for the feedback. Your order shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed. Although we try to ship all orders within 1 business day, sometimes order fulfillment can take longer. Our live chat specialists try to be as attentive to all chat requests as much as possible, but in the event they are busy with other customers at that moment, we will reach out to you as soon as we are available to, which in this case, we reached out shortly after.
