Very slow to respond or no response at…
Very slow to respond or no response at all. Tries to push blame on customer for their mistakes, then tries to make you feel stupid for contacting them. Unacceptable.

Hi Michael, Thank you for leaving feedback for us. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Sometimes, technology is faulty, and when that happens, we offer product specialists to troubleshoot with customers to help solve the issue. In this specific case, we had our specialists speak with you to help solve the issue. However, even though we offer troubleshooting to customers, we cannot force a customer to go through the troubleshooting with us if they do not wish to do so. When customers don't wish to troubleshoot their product with us, which was the case here, we allow the customer to return the item as per the return policy. It is our understanding that in this specific case, due to your dissatisfaction, we have already issued you a fully paid return shipping label, as well as an agreement to waive any restocking fees. We are still awaiting the return of the product for your refund.
