ordered an venture E1 pro unit - but the unit does no accept most sd cards - contacted dashcam bros basically saying that the unit only works with vantrue sd cards which are very high priced - this is not mentioned anywhere in the sales specs. seems a little like bait and switch

You cancelled my order because your system accepted a promo code. Fix your system. If the promo code wasn't valid, it should not have accepted it and let me proceed with the order. This promo code should have been honored even if it was in error, then fixed for other customers after me. I hadn't checked my email and had wondered where my order was...assumed shipping was really slow or something. Then I got an email this afternoon asking how you did. You did crappy.

Hi Nathanael, Thank you very much for leaving us a review. We are sorry to hear about your less than positive experience. Unfortunately there are times where our systems may fail and lead to situations such as this. In those cases, we do our best to notify the customer of the mistake and rectify the situation. In this case, we notified you immediately after the order was canceled to make you aware of the cancellation. Please let us know what we can do to help to rectify the situation. Thanks.
