Always great customer service when I rarely need it. My dog always loves it and has always eaten it without any issue and is now 6 years old. I even got my mom’s dog who was picky to try it and now has switched over for over a year without any issues. I recommend to anyone who has a dog.

Your product saved my dog’s life 8 years ago. I wish I would’ve paid the cost of providing him your food for the remaining 8 years. Unfortunately, I ordered more of your product for him after he fell ill again and it was too late this time. Upon contacting you in a request to send the food back so it wouldn’t go to waste, you graciously offered to issue me a refund. For these reasons, I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.
