Thank you for your feedback. We’re constantly striving to improve the experience of our customers and will take this into consideration towards that end. We do want to clarify that while our intro order is 10 lbs, subsequent orders are fully customizable by our clients. While many opt for 20-lb shipments, some order as little as 10 lbs or as much as 100 lbs. Regardless, we’re happy to hear you have decided to try Darwin’s and look forward to supporting you and your cat’s journey together.
