Long-time Darwin's customer for good reasons
I've been a customer of Darwin's almost from their inception to the present day and have seen them evolve over the years, all for the better IMHO. Like every other raw pet food company, Darwin's has had a few recalls and flags, which they take seriously. I've been a pet foster caregiver for over 20 years as well as owning pets, and all have been on Darwin's unless they needed a specialty diet. A few years ago I started cooking the food to accommodate the animals with underdeveloped or compromised immune systems (e.g., seniors and kittens) and have had no health issues crop up. I like knowing the company and knowing exactly what ingredients are going into the food. I'm really lucky that Darwin's is local to me so I can take advantage of the free home delivery. Ordering and subscription management is really easy via the customer portal on their website. They've also been great accommodating me when I've somehow run short and had to make a rush pickup. All in all, I've been very satisfied with Darwin's products and customer service for a very long time. They have earned my loyalty.
