THe product, the shipping, the ease of use. the dogs love meal time. one question why or how if the package is 2 pounds each does the shipping slip show the box for the total weigh less then it should? I have recieved 2 orders and both show lighter than the total for the product alone. As in it should wieght a lot more with the shipping/packaging. is the 2 pound package not 2 pounds? I have added to this review.

Food is great, Darwins was highly recommended, my dog loves it! I think I’m still trying to figure out the feeding portions and subscription services…but so far so good! I was struggling with her eating other brands.

Great product - just about the only thing our one cat can eat due to many, many food allergies. Consistent shipping and packing.

Would give 5 stars because the food itself has been great for my dogs health and coats, however, it seems that some parts of the recipe have changed. There seems to be more water, making the actual weight of the food a few ounces less, and the bone is not processed enough, leaving tiny shards that I have to pick out each time I feed my dogs. Due to my dogs very small sizes, the shards seem to get stuck in their throat or mouths, causing them to hack excessively.

Been feeding raw many years thought to try Darwins. Truthfully, its o.k....its only 70meat 30 veggies and the round puck shape is disappointing to try to portion properly vs a square or rectangle. Good they offer organics altho not a fan of sweet potato in the profile. Dogs like it and that what counts.

I have asked for ice on the bottom and the top of the order to keep the meat from defrosting. Every time it’s delivered there’s nothing on the bottom and two on the top. When it arrives, the bottom is half thawed. I don’t know what’s so hard about putting the ice on the bottom and the top.

I had to try multiple times to get a calendar this year. I have been with Darwins for six years and never ever received a calendar was told that it would come in my food order in January and of course it didn’t. I then had to talk to someone else and finally after trying to contact several times I did get the calendar. I must say I really like the calendar I’m glad I was persistent to get it.

You guys are great. Love the product. Love the support. I lost $100 in insurance claims because I couldn’t get an itemized receipt that included the company address and contact info. As pet insurance becomes more common it would be good to have that as an option on prescription foods.
