I have been with Darwins for several years now. My veterinarian originally recommended them. My dogs have done fantastic on Darwins. Also, I have to mention. I did try a few other brands, honestly, Darwins looks like the meat it is supposed to be. The others, I think they looked like stuffing, from Thanksgiving, hard to tell if/where the meat is, not intending to put them down, I just think it's the truth. Over the years, 3 of my dogs were overweight. Feeding them Darwins fixed the weight problems, so much better for their health. Delivery has always been right on, and honestly, compare their prices to others, more reasonable prices too. Customer Service is outstanding as well, always friendly and very helpful, they have the answers you need. Plus, it's made in the USA, right up in Washington State. Thank You!!!!

Darwin's makes exceptional raw pet food - my cat is bonkers for it, and we've tried MANY brands. But what I love most is their customer support. I've had an issue or two, and they resolve it like adults, and like a company that cares about maintaining long term loyal customers. My kitty is happy, and so am I :)

Customizing the meals for each pet was super helpful. I really appreciated that Darwin's explains how much to feed your pet as well. Getting a subscription is super easy, the automatic order is super helpful. Darwin's sends a lot of update emails, which is extremely helpful to keep track of when the next order will ship. There is no charge or problem if I need to skip an order or reschedule an order. Very personable company that does not push their product on you.

Delivery was efficient and well packed. I appreciate the company being eco forward and having recyclable materials as packaging. There was detailed information and tips for raw feeding which was so helpful as a new raw-food customer. My cat transitioned well and enjoys the food.
