Customer Service is great!
Customer Service, on the occasion when I have had a question, is always prompt with a reply. When I lived near the Tukwila plant and would pick up my dogs' food in person, I had a chance to meet some of them and once, Mr Gary, the owner. Friendly, helpful people, all. Now that I live in Texas, I appreciate the ability to have it shipped to my home, always well-packed and arriving frozen solid. My senior dogs continue to enjoy robust health, and I anticipate many more years with these sweet girls.
