Hi Sharon, We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Transitioning multiple cats to raw can be tricky, so we’re glad to hear a couple of your cats took to Darwin’s right away. It’s wonderful that your order arrived frozen, well‑packed, and easy to portion. That’s exactly what we aim for. Thank you for your kind words about the quality and your overall positive experience with us.
