We send those reminders to all customers because, even though your current order doesn’t fall within that holiday window, you’re always able to adjust your delivery date, and any change you make could shift your shipment into that timeframe. Hi Perma, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m very sorry to hear that some of your recent shipments arrived with thawed chicken packets. That’s not the experience we want for you or your cats. I’ve added additional dry ice to your future orders to help keep everything fully frozen during transit, especially since deliveries take a bit longer to reach your area. This should help prevent any thawing issues moving forward. If you ever receive a product that arrives thawed or not in good condition, please reach out to our Customer Service team at 877-738-6325. Hi Sally! Thanks for this review. On our webpage, on the main homepage, if you simply scroll down, we have a pet food calculator to help with this! You are able to calculate how much food you need for your pet using your pet's weight and pet type. Hope this helps!
