My order continually comes to me wrong. IO would like to hve consistency and not consistency in wrong, but right. None of you who change an order from every two weeks to every week or every month to every two weeks, never monitoring the size of the order.

It’s nice that your ingredients are organic and affordable, however the bone shards were too big and sharp for my dog.

I was a Darwin customer for 5 years. My cat was doing ok on the food, however, as time went on, there were multiple occasions involving poor and dangerous handling of the raw food during delivery. I have received beat up boxes with thawed out deliveries and blood contaminating everything!! Contacting customer service was useless, even with photos sent. Darwin's customer service model is one that lacks accountability. So, I finally cancelled my Darwin subscription.

I’m truly sorry for the issues you encountered with your deliveries and for the frustration you felt when reaching out for help. Receiving thawed or damaged raw food is unacceptable, and so is feeling unheard when you try to resolve it. Your feedback is important, and we take concerns about food safety and handling very seriously. We’ve been working closely with our carriers to address packaging and transit issues, and we’re also improving our internal processes to ensure that situations like the ones you described are handled promptly and with accountability. I understand how disappointing this was, especially after so many years with us, and I’m sorry we fell short of the standard you and your cat deserve.

I canceled my subscription because I changed my shipment date to 3/16 and received a shipment on 3/4, with a shipment still scheduled for 3/16. I don't have that much freezer space and Darwin's chatbot said, "well, that happens sometimes." That told me Darwins really doesn't care they screwed up and didn't own their mistake, so I canceled my subscription.

There’s nothing your company needs to change it’s just I have tried about 4 different pet (Dog) foods I can’t or should I say my dog is a very very picky eater. He does not like your product. I have done everything your instructions have suggested and he will not eat your food product. Sorry now I’m looking once again. Darwin is a good product but not for my dog.
