I love this company and have been using them for years but recently there have been a lot of issues with my delivery schedule causing me to run out of food on multiple occasions. Extremely frustrating. I hope it's just a fluke.

OK, so my chief complaint with this site is that it offered 75% off my first order and I was getting bombarded with emails but when I asked about it, they said that it didn’t include the prescription food. I do not like false advertising. This was not anywhere in the fine print and I stated as much and they did give me the 75% off, but the point is you shouldn’t advertise something and not have exclusions in the fine print - that annoyed me

I waited to long to order, and had to wait a week. They were having some sort of problem. I ran out my cats were not very happy. But the people that helped me were vary nice.

One of boxes had been ripped open and re-taped, also one of the meals had been torn open, I had to toss that away. This is the first time, I have had any issued with packaging.
