Hi Karen, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I show in your account that you contacted us on 05/06, and our customer service managers set up a replacement order for you. You told Nicole that your order arrived on 5/6, but your tracking number shows it arrived on 4/29. This sounds like maybe UPS delivered to the wrong address, and the person who received it delivered your box to you a few days later. They probably did not realize that your box was full of frozen pet food. I am glad you contacted us, and we had the opportunity to set up a replacement order for you. Thank you, Karen.

Hello, I apologize for the experience you encountered with meals arriving close to 2 months past the manufacturing date. While this is still within a safe range for sending and pet consumption, this should not have oxidation present. This would normally happen if air had been exposed to the meals, and we would love to talk further with you if you noticed any seal concerns or rips/tears in the packaging. We do not intend for this to occur, and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you could please reach out to our customer service team, they would be happy to look into your order and work with our quality team to investigate properly.
