Darwin's takes care its customers. They recently had to cease selling rabbit, but went out of their way to locate their last supply for my subscription order. There are occasional shipping issues that mean some of the product defrosts before it arrives, and they make sure that I have the full amount of my order in time to keep my cat fed. Their quality of their food is outstanding--my vet approves of their food.
