Darwin's dog food is second to none! We have been very happy customers for several years, or rather our dogs have been, and we have never had any issues, either with the quality of the product or with their customer service. There have been a few occasions upon which I have needed to change the choice of meat selection (one of our dogs developed a poultry allergy), or move up our delivery date by a few days, and my requests have always been graciously accommodated. Furthermore, their prepackaged portions makes dispensing for morning & evening feedings a breeze. Before becoming a Darwin's customer, we tried a few other raw dog food brands, but their packaging was cumbersome &/or messy. Those big frozen logs are the worst! Darwin's might cost a little bit more, but trust me, it's worth it!

We have been Darwins customers for many years and it's always easy to have the food delivered right to our door. Customer service is very responsive as well. Good quality food for our precious fur babies.

I had two subscriptions ship on the same day, but one of the boxes must have had something happen because FedEx sent it back to sender. Darwin’s quickly, without me needing to contact them, sent out a new shipment that same week so my dog did not have a lapse in his food. That was really great for my family and even more for my dog who doesn’t do well with a sudden new food. That is great attention by Darwin’s that adds to the many reasons I’m happy to feed them to my animals. I’ve been feeding Darwin’s for several years now and my dogs and cats have all done exceptionally well, they look forward to their meal times, and it’s easy to thaw and serve.

Darwin's is what all "raw" pet food should be. I have been feeding my cat Cheetara a franken-prey diet for the past 12 years and dealt with the time loss it takes on meal prep days for her overall health and well-being. Darwin's takes all of the guesswork and labor out of my hands and is priced comparable to my now former feeding method. I will still give her a raw chicken wing once a week, but those are easy to deal with. Thanks Darwin's!

The website is easy to use and make changes. I like that I can customize my order whenever I need to. I love the quality of the food. I use to make my own raw food for my dog but ordering from here makes it much easier.

We love this Dog food. Love the shipping reminder. It is so easy to change your order. You can any food or less I have call customer service to change up my delivery date. I miss count how many I had in the freezer. So they where able to help me get my pups food delivered on a speedy fashion!
