Customer service is always nice and they go out of their way to help you! Also, my dog stopped eating. It's a long story, but I ran out of Darwin's food. I had to substitute it with a more expensive freeze dried food. Fergus was not amused. He stopped eating and I became concerned. So, we went to the veterinarian. After multiple tests and x-rays AND a bill of almost $800 they could not find anything wrong with him. The vet sold us two cans of nasty food hoping it would help him. Its horrible odor filled the entire house. It was disgusting and Fergus, once again, was not amused. I didn't blame him. When Darwin's arrived I gave it to Fergus. He went CRAZY! The little guy was so happy. I thought he was going to lick a hole in his bowl!

I have used and recommended Darwin's frozen raw pet food for many years and have been very pleased with their products.

My dogs and cats love the products. The species appropriate meals, mean that my pets are happy and healthy. The delivery and packaging of the food makes serving it very easy.

My dog has been eating Darwin’s raw food for about 4 years now, since he was a puppy, and he has always been at a healthy weight and overall good health. For a few months last year we took him off the raw food and put him on dry dog food, and during that time he gained 20 lbs and was overweight and losing mobility. I switched him back to Darwin’s raw food immediately and the weight came off and he’s back to a healthy size. I definitely recommend this food to anyone for their pets; I’ve seen the difference with my own eyes and I feel horrible for those few months I took him off of it.

My cats LOVE Darwin’s! Apart from being the optimal nutrition for them, there are no horrible poop smells! It’s like magic! Also, it makes their coat soft and shiny. I’ve been feeding them Darwin’s for five years and I’m very happy with it. Their customer support is also amazing. I tried another “fresh” food, and while my cats liked it ok, it was twice as expensive. I think feeding them this frozen raw food is the best thing I can do for them.

For fresh fruit, it's the best available food on the market, which is saying a lot in terms of top-level quality, top-level service, and excellent price. I have indexed every single food in the US as part of my job, so I can say with certainty that if you want to feed your pet a raw diet, this is the best thing you can do.

Always perfect. My dog loves it, has no health issues, and a super shiny coat.

I like the choices. Though I might give extra star if there was a fish alternative.
