Anytime I’ve had to email support they’ve been great. I had a packaging issue I brought to their attention and they gave me a credit I did not ask for. I feel really good about the food quality and it’s always very cold when it arrives, even in the hot summer.

My pet has serious allergies to poultry products which we did not know for a long time. Now it's so wonderful to see her enjoying fresh (home cooked) beef & veggie food that looks appetizing. Her eyes are not sore, itchy, and watering.

My pups and kitties absolutely love Darwin's food. I have seen a great improvement in their coat and overall health. My littlest pup is an 9 year old miniature chihuahua with a heart problem. She's like a new dog on this food. I call her sassy Lailah now. She's got so much energy and personality that was not apparent prior to the food change. I had bought expensive food and tried many varieties before switching her to Darwin's. I cannot say enough about how this food improved her life, her energy, and her health. I used to have to coax her into eating most days. Now she is so insistent in a sweet but sassy way when she's hungry every single day. It's been a joy to watch her gain her personality and energy.

Our dog had a mass cel tumor at 3 yrs of age. We were told even if we remove it, it will come back. We removed it and started her on Darwin’s because we wanted to feed raw with the lowest amount of carbohydrates. She is now 16 and never had another bout of cancer.

I was having an issue with my dog’s digestion and you sent me a new batch of the chicken/beef selection and she’s doing much better. Thanks!
