Darwin's Natural Pet ProductsReviews of darwinspet.com

I use you guys for my cat food for many years. Your Customer Service is great. Love your product think it makes a huge difference in the quality of life for the animal. Just found it a little confusing when ordering for the first time for a new pet. Can’t wait to start my dog on it

Great product! Consistent service, and reasonable pricing. Awesome customer service, very helpful and responsive.

I have been a customer of Darwin’s for several years now. I keep giving the same feedback regarding the need for more diverse fruit and veg in the Natural Selections. It’s not good to keep feeding the same thing without change. Also, you just had another price increase. Is this not your second one this year?!? Not sure how long I will be able to keep feeding your product at this rate.

I turned our carpenter onto Darwin's chicken for his cat since our cats like it. When we were chatting, we both seem to have issues with knowing when our box of frozen chicken will arrive at our home...not only which day it will arrive but an approximate time too. I do like how the chicken is packed, the packs are easy to open, and I like how easy it is to divide the pack up. The cats like the stuff to!

Lizzy LOVES your food! Communication and delivery are excellent. Lizzy has some health problems and was hoping it would turn around with this healthier food but no improvement yet.

My experience with Darwin's has been great for the most part. There have been some ups and downs when my distribution location moved from Tukwilla/Salt Lake to Texas but customer service has been great each time there's an issue. I rated Darwin's a 4 b/c there are still occasional issues from the Texas location but overall the quality of the food is great and my dog is healthy and happy.

My cat was suffering from skin allergies and medication just wasn’t enough. Addressing his diet and going with Darwin’s was the best decision we made. Within a month his skin cleared up and no more scratching!

I have fed Darwin's Natural Selections cat food for over a decade and have always been happy with its quality, proper packaging for shipping, and palatability (according to my cats). The only issue I have with the food is the size of the bone shards, which I have to sift out with my fingers as both my cats have inflammatory bowel disease and impaired digestion and G.I. function (as many cats on a raw diet suffer from). I have talked to Darwin's before about the size of their grind and it has been adjusted over the years, but my two cats still have an issue with vomiting up these small bone shards. I have tried a number of different raw foods but still feed Darwin's in rotation with other foods.
