Darwin's Natural Pet ProductsReviews of darwinspet.com

Excellent customer service. Top notch nutrition for the cats. At times, there can be some food waste due to unfinished food and short shelf life once thawed.

I am very happy for the most part with the food that I receive from you but I occasionally get squares that are gray and smell old. I still don't like the packaging which is difficult to use if you don't use a whole square of food at a time. I realize these are small complaints in comparison to food quality etc. but they are still annoying. Overall I am very pleased with the quality and the excellent customer service I have always received.

My cat Sophie has been eating Darwins chicken since she was 6 months old…that is 4 1/2 years ago. I have searched around for natural cat food that was less expensive. Well you get what you pay for. Sophie loves Darwins chicken and she will hardly eat any other food. My little girl Oona Loona is a year and some change and she now loves it too. I can’t really say anything bad except maybe the price is a bit high especially after raising their prices a couple few years ago.

I changed my cat's diet to Darwin's raw food in 2020. Luffy's (my cat) poops are smaller and do not smell. It must be much easier to "go" for her as well as so much easier to clean the box for me. And her teeth are clean (I brush them daily also, but I heard the blood would do good to teeth). I wish there were more variety of meats such as lamb (they used to have) or rabbit. Turkey tends to be dry and sometimes it's good and sometimes it's really bad. Over all, I'm very pleased with the Darwin's food. I did recommend it to my friends. But I think they gave up before trying long enough. Their cats were too used to junk foods... I think Darwin's could do a bit more to support those beginners?

Organic beef is my Shihtzu's favorite. I'm glad he is little tho as the cost is almost getting to be too much for us:( If he was a bigger dog we would have to order somewhere else. please use more dry ice too as it's always melted when I get the food and there are always packs which are no longer frozen.

Correct and timely delivers, easy to make adjustments.

The service is great but in some orders, my 2 cats won't eat the food, They go all day without eating it. and they are not getting anything else, I know they are hungry.

Feeding Raw, as well as canned, saved my Hamlet, a Siamese. His creatinine levels were high and he had lost 3 lbs when diagnosed with kidney disease three years ago. I switched from feeding him canned and dry food to Raw with canned food. His creatinine levels are normal now, he has gained all his weight back and his coat is shiny and healthy. Not bad for a 15 years old cat!
