Darwin's Natural Pet ProductsReviews of darwinspet.com

Amazing customer service!! When you have a question or an issue you will get to speak with a real person. They take time to make sure you are satisfied.

The company has good customer service and most importantly my dogs love the food. I also believe this type of food is healthier than the highly processed dog food.

Easy to navigate website and easy to make changes to the order or change delivery dates etc. Packaging is very convenient.

Food arrived frozen when you said it would. Our cat has eaten the turkey recipe for over three years and still loves it.

I appreciate the high level of communication regarding product shipments. Also, my adorable Portuguese Water Dog puppy likes the food!

I feel good feeding Darwins to my cats in addition a little dry and some Weruva canned for variety. I have a 4 year-old calico girl and a 15 year-old orange boy, and they're both doing great on Darwins. It's so easy to order. Delivery is fast. And I just open up the meat and defrost in the fridge. My order has always been accurate and meat always looks great.

Great quality and timely delivery. Also offers very good customer service as well as feeding advice

Darwin’s client service is the best over the phone client service I have experienced. Friendly, helpful, and kind is how I would describe everyone that I have spoken with.
