Great service and a great product

My dogs too pretty well on the food, but mostly I stay with the company because of the superior customer service

Delivery is timely and it’s all my cats will eat. I’ve been ordering for years

The quality of their food has been consistently good. My dogs have always loved it and eat it up ravenously. It provides all the nutrition they need for a healthy life. On the rare occasion I have had trouble with a delivery that was delivered late and was partially thawed, they shipped me the amount that was ruined with no questions asked. Also, very responsive to my immediate query about a shipment ahead of schedule when I mis-calculated the delivery date and was near to running out. Excellent customer service.

The auto shop program makes sure we are never without food. My dogs LOVE the food and my super picky one is a big fan of the new poultry blend. My chunky girl was finally able to get off the extra couple pounds she couldn’t lose with kibble. Keep up the good work!

It took me a while to find the best combination for my Bobby...he was overweight from my overfeeding my home made food (could have done with a lot less rice). He's been on Darwin since early 2025 and his weight is now perfect...he eats the food! That may sound a little weird, but Cockerpoos are notorious for being finicky...the quality is consistent and the 8 oz portions are perfect, split in half for his two daily feedings. I've checked other brands recently and decided that Darwin suits my dog's needs and my preferences very nicely. I do wish you could offer a marrow bone choice for smaller dogs...the ones I received are too big for my 22 pound dog. He LOVES the freeze dried salmon treats.

My 13.5 doodle acts like a puppy. No health issues. I attribute it to Darwins
