Excellent and helpful service.

The dogs love the food (turkey and chicken mainly). The problem is delivery (thus 4 stars, not 5). There is nowhere to complain when the food comes soggy and the dry ice completely melted. Unacceptable for the price. Consistency is always great. Thanks for keeping our pups healthy.

I love Darwin’s and have been using them for a few years. The food is good quality and my cat has had no issues eating it. The only complaint I have is with shipping. I have had multiple packages arrive badly damaged. Sometimes the food packages open and then there is raw meat liquid everywhere and all over the other packages. It’s an absolute nightmare to clean up and greatly increases the risk for some sort of cross contamination. Of course I take extra precautions when this happens, but still unfortunate to have a product arrive this way

The person was great. My most recent purchase used the wrong credit card. I have cleaned up the payment cards to eliminate the one the was just used. I want my BECU debit master card used. I mistrust the shop card to make decisions for me and that is what happened. I made it so there was no choice available. I am not asking that you make a change but the card processed should not my decisions.

The dog likes the food. I like the packaging. Nice, flat packaging, easy to stack and store in the freezer. Always still cold when it arrives. Only complaint is that there aren't a lot of protein options. I'd like more variety, maybe pork or rabbit.

This is only my second order. I have 2 papillons, Harrison is 8 lbs (12 years old) , Quincy is 4 lbs (18 months). I can’t seem to get them wholly on Darwin. Keeping them at 75% Darwin, 25% kibble; Carna 4 results in stable weight and decent poops.

Was having some issues a while back with deliveries and quality but both have since been resolved and things have been great. I appreciate the time and attention that Darwin's made to make sure everything got straightened out. My cats love Darwins food and will not eat anything else, which is why I'm so glad my orders are back on track. Thanks Darwin's!

I am glad that my dog ​​likes the food that I get automatically. I don't have to think where and when to buy. And which stores to run to. The food always comes very carefully packed and frozen. I put 4 stars because my cat doesn't like this cat food, and plus it's a bit expensive.
