I have been a customer for over 10 years. The quality of food is excellent. The cats run to their dishes. Customer service always goes above and beyond. Yes, it's a little pricey but you get what you pay for. My cats are happy, healthy, and have high quality food.

Great food, awesome customer support, but just as easy to order and edit order online. Today I even discovered how much I love the new insulation in the shipping boxes!!! I curled it up and threw it in the woodstove and enjoyed the extra fire and heat!!! I always tell any of my friends that are interested in raw food about Darwins. Excellent product and customer service. I was feeding Darwin's last year and then the cats and I left the country for a few months so I didn't order more till recently. I called customer service to ask what my last order had been and they were really helpful. I was concerned about the length of shipping time because of the holiday but the rep told me they had packed it with extra ice and the meals arrived frozen solid. I trust Darwin's strict protocol to protect our cats from bird flu.

Not only has Darwin's provided excellent service over the years, but they have kept my dogs robust, happy, and healthy. I started my Cocker Spaniels on Biologics in 2015 at the ages of 9 and 12, and both of them lived well until the ripe old age of 18+! I've had my new Cocker Pup for almost two years now, and from the day he came home, all he gets is Darwins!
