Customer service is always very helpful. Very friendly and they always listen to our needs. I am SO grateful for the senior discount! Social Security does not go far. I am very pleased that my cat can continue on this great healthy food!

Delivery timing so reliable. Can always count on food arriving two days after shipment leaves warehouse. All food arrives fully frozen. Turnkey and flexible. Cat is happy and healthy.

Service representative was very kind and able to cancel my order as the delivery was too soon

Shipping is fast and product is delivered frozen. The chicken is Ozzie's favorite and he eats about a half pound to three quarters of a pound a day. We tried other protein but your chicken is definitely the favorite

The quality of the food is excellent and my deliveries are always on time; however, with the increase in cost it’s starting to become difficult for me financially to keep up. If you can feed your pet the best Darwin’s is it.

Nice auto ship of raw dog food with some veggies in the mix. Have been using them for years - use them off and on so we have a variety of different raw food mixes for our little papillons.
