I really appreciate the care that Jackson put into getting my account verified because I was a little worried at first. One of the things I look for before I play is a 24/7 live agent in the event there is an issue. To be told they were offline when you have just spent a decent amount of time playing is a deal breaker for me. I will give it 4 stars for now because i don't know how long it will take for redemption. I will come back and let you all know about how long the redemption process is.
