Cold streaks happen, so I don't begrudge that, however when I tried to reach an agent their system told me an agent wasn't available when I tried to reach one, after it initially told me one would be available. One of the things I look for before I play is a 24/7 live agent in the event there is an issue. To be told they were offline when you have just spent a decent amount of time playing is a deal breaker for me. With the growing issue of new sweeps casinos running scams if I can't reach someone when I am playing and looking for assistance, it doesn't give me much confidence should I ever have a redemption.
