I've been trying for days to get verified with my address and I keep getting rejected I am giving them a d e s document how can that be rejected this is ridiculous

This platform seems like a total scam
This platform seems like a total scam. I have to say that I play on more sites than I should but at least those sites reply back to your emails when you’re trying to find out about your redemption. Mine is showing “pending” and they did send me a email saying that they had received my request but when I checked on it today their Bot was telling me that it didn’t see any pending redemption. Upon hearing this I’ve emailed them several times today with no reply. Wouldn’t recommend using this site but if something changes I’ll be sure to update this but I surely have my doubts

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. I bought a promotional package after purchasing I was supposed to receive an extra 10sc they claimed it was credited to my account and it was not. Horrible customer service.

Good- a nice selection of games Bad- I deposited then I read the reviews in the chat on the site. Oh how I wished I read the reviews first. I will never go back to this site. Read reviews in chat, most claim it’s a scam. This just may be true. Beware

They had a promotion that on your third purchase she got $40 for free well until you do your third purchase then it changes to you get $40 for 3299 which is very deceptive and you can’t reach customer support. Of course I’m very upset about this.

Bad Casino you will win big but won't let you cash out and they will deny your KYC Verification for no reason. Spend your money somewhere else. Also customer service is non existent. Only AI that will not solve anything just keep referring to an email they never replied to when messaged on it.

This is the reason casino apps get a bad rep. I went through all verification at the beginning of setting up an account. Which they lied about the sign up bonus. The ad fished me in for 20 sc sign on bonus. But they gave me 2sc. I turned in all documents multiple times for my driver's license and my proof of address. In this case it was an pdf file of a bank statement. They give me zero explanations as to why my verification is denied. The reason I believe is because I am winning money on your stupid scheming ass app. There would be zero other reasons as to deny me Fake ass app. They need to send me back the money I sp3nt. If you have no problem taking my money. You should have no problem giving me my money. Burn in hell
