Good quality and a great guarantee. I have ordered multiple pairs of socks from them and they are as good as advertised. I had a pair that just didn't fit quite right and they exchanged them at no cost to me. Great customer service.

This company likes to go after small Ebay sellers that sell their clearance items. Response: Sounds good but false. I provided Legal proof of purchase to one of your team members and stated in the listing that the item was sold AS IS WITHOUT the Lifetime Warranty

Ordered 3pr coolmax boot socks. Govx website. New sock embroidery unraveled inside, new not worn. They asked for pictures. I sent them. Then they told me.....wait for it....trim all the sewing mess but don't cut the material and or tell GOVX!!!

The supposedly brand-new socks arrived and look like they’ve already been worn for hundreds of kilometers. Threads are sticking out everywhere, and in many places the socks look like they’ve been chewed through by mice. Even 1 euro would be too much for such poor quality. Don’t buy them! Die angeblich brandneuen Socken kamen an und sehen aus, als ob sie schon einige 100km hinter sich haben. Fäden schauen überall heraus und die Socken sehen an vielen Stellen aus, als seien sie von Mäusen zerlöchert. Selbst 1 Euro wäre zu viel für so eine schlechte Qualität. Nicht kaufen!

shocking customer service, waited ages for my parcel even though I had 4 messages saying they would be delivered on 4 different times, when i contacted customer services they took days to reply what a joke wont buy again

The hiking socks eventually wore out after 4 years, but there was no problem ordering a replacement. I have trouble with friction and blisters when hiking and every other brand of socks I've tried wears out in less than a year. I have several pairs of Darn Tough socks now and it's the only brand I would consider using now. They're expensive it, but worth it for the quality and the lack of blisters!
