Terrible customer service. I received a pair of socks last week , bad bubbling on socks . Sent email to them and DM on Instagram . No reply ! I am going on a trip tomorrow so that was the point of ordering the socks . How do you guys offer free replacement for life if you can’t even reply to your customers in a timely manner ?

This company likes to go after small Ebay sellers that sell their clearance items. Response: Sounds good but false. I provided Legal proof of purchase to one of your team members and stated in the listing that the item was sold AS IS WITHOUT the Lifetime Warranty

Ordered 3pr coolmax boot socks. Govx website. New sock embroidery unraveled inside, new not worn. They asked for pictures. I sent them. Then they told me.....wait for it....trim all the sewing mess but don't cut the material and or tell GOVX!!!

Hi Joe, we're sorry your new socks arrived with loose threads, and we absolutely stand behind that. Trimming stray threads is sometimes a quick fix we offer, but never a requirement. Service for GovX orders typically runs through GovX directly, which may be where the wires got crossed, but a defective product is on us to make right. We will follow up with you via email to get you a replacement pair.

The supposedly brand-new socks arrived and look like they’ve already been worn for hundreds of kilometers. Threads are sticking out everywhere, and in many places the socks look like they’ve been chewed through by mice. Even 1 euro would be too much for such poor quality. Don’t buy them! Die angeblich brandneuen Socken kamen an und sehen aus, als ob sie schon einige 100km hinter sich haben. Fäden schauen überall heraus und die Socken sehen an vielen Stellen aus, als seien sie von Mäusen zerlöchert. Selbst 1 Euro wäre zu viel für so eine schlechte Qualität. Nicht kaufen!

shocking customer service, waited ages for my parcel even though I had 4 messages saying they would be delivered on 4 different times, when i contacted customer services they took days to reply what a joke wont buy again

I hesitated on spending so much on a single pair of socks, but bought in to hype around its durability. I have worn the crew pair once and already threads loose and worst still they move under foot considerably. I am constantly having to realign them. I am convinced now their online shop reviews are not genuine as you do not find a single complaint. In fact I just checked and there is no where for a customer like me to post a review!!! I purchased two pair for £65. Shame I can’t add pictures to show such on Truspilot.
