I think the yarn is quality. The service wonderful. I have been pleased with everything I have ordered. One thing I miss is that when I first began to get the yarn, I would get something with it. I know cost is higher, but I miss that surprise.

I bought some curtains with a promo but didn't place the order correctly to receive the correct amount, also didn't like one of the colors that were picked for me. Claudia from customer service promptly replied to my email, processed the exchange paperwork and also applied the promo to my order after the fact so I could get the amount of curtains I thought I had ordered. I received the missing curtains together with the replacement/exchange in a timely manner and LOVE them! I would have submitted a picture if there was an option to do it.

We’re even happier to know that you received your curtains in a timely manner and absolutely LOVE them! ❤️ We truly appreciate your kind words and support. And we’d love to see a picture of your curtains if you ever get the chance to share one with us! 😊 -DGY Team
