I ordered in November 2020, and till this day they product never arrived. After talking to costumer service they offered to send a replacement multiple times and I accepted. Never arrived. This happend about 6 times. About 7 month later I asked for a refund, and they told me it would take a few days for the money to arrive. After another month I wrote this review and they replied with a complete refund. All in all I didn‘t loose anything. Only a lot of time talking to costumer service. Maybe it was bad luck with my order but I from this experience I can‘t recommend it.

I recently made a bad review of this company after i received absolute trash customer service. Then they tried to bribe me into taking down my original review by offering to send me free products. After talking to them to see if they would actually make things right, they stopped responding. So unfollow dark rozi any way you can, do not purchase from these guys! BUYER BEWARE!!!

NOT Scam, but quality of customer support has not been the best. I've placed an order back In May and have never received my item. I have tried contacting the supplier but kept getting responses like "Your order will be updated so soon dear ❤️". I've reached out multiple times and they haven't gotten back to me with expected dates or any sort of legit customer service. Be careful and don't buy with them. They will 100% steal your money. *** Update Sep 4 2020. Finally received the product after waiting for it from at least May 21st. Product to still be reviewed. Was hoping for better customer support overall.

I ordered a product from this site May 7th and it is 7/23/20 and i have yet to receive a thing. I emailed them shortly after ordering because I did not receive a tracking number and later they sent it, ok so far. Then a month went by and I have been periodically checking the tracking number and it says that the package was shipped and somewhere in china. It gave a very vague estimation of arrival so I sent an email on 6/10/20 and asked. They said this on 6/12/20: "Hey ❤️ We are so sorry 💔 for the delay The tracking numbers are not yet updated But your order is in an advanced status We will try to update them all this week" I said: "Hello again, I am emailing because I want to know when my package will arrive, this is very unprofessional that this package is taking this long to arrive. The last shipping update was 5/13/20and I ordered this 5/9/20. Its over a month now and if it does not arrive by this friday 6/19/20 i want a full refund. I am very disappointed in how this whole situation has been handled and the fact that there are no clear answers as to when i will be getting my package or why its taking this long. If you cannot deliver the package or it will take longer i just want my money back because i dont want to wait anymore for this....." Then she asks for me to contact her via telegram... who uses that anymore???? So i asked for a refund and copied their policy that states after 45 of not receiving anything they investigate and you get a refund and all I got from them was "In our policy we sais that we investigate the issue if the product is Lost or has been canceled we offer a refund" so on 6/23/20 I said: "Ok so then investigate and find out where my package is and when it will get here or refund my money. I dont get any straight answers from you and its very frustrating. I just want the product i ordered or my money back and i want to know WHEN that will be." NO REPLY FOR DAYS!! so i emailed again on 7/1/20 and next day i was offered a coupon to order something else so that my package could get there fast, which I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THAT WILL EVEN WORK OUT IF I DIDN'T GET THE FIRST ONE TO BEGIN WITH. So I ordered something else and I never got a tracking number...... SO i emailed asking for a refund for what i ordered and to cancel everything and this is what i got: "You used the gift card and you order a product it seems it's under the name of Kevin Fernandez and there is a tracking number and ans also is has been shiped i can't refund your because i already offer you a free product which i shouldn't offer you the gift card i'm doing more than what i should do and offer you an additional free product while the original order will arrive and now you are requesting a refund for two products so you you Can have your money and also two free products I'm not stupid dear i helped more than i Can so all i'm telling you is be a little understanding" WHO IS KEVIN FERNANDEZ???? I DON'T EVEN KNOW ANYONE BY THAT NAME! Just a bunch of BS. In the end I didn't get a refund or the product I paid for they just canceled my second order because it was a coupon and none of my money back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND LIARS.

This company is shady. I ordered something in March and it is still not here. I have a case open with PayPal trying to get a refund. I also see they are trying to hide all bad reviews on this website by reporting them. I have proof of all claims made and these are valid statements. Update: after months I finally got a refund. DO NOT buy from this company. Save yourself the headache. I don’t know if PayPal resolved the case in my favor or if the last email I sent demanding a refund was what got my money back, either way it was a ridiculous experience. Don’t believe all the good “bot” reviews on this website either. Update 5/9/21 dark rozi tried to dispute my review to trust pilot. I have verified my review to trust pilot and then saw dark rozi’s response. They did not offer me a gift card for more than my purchase amount and I did not want a replacement order because that was their “solution” to every other identical review. I did demand my money back along with opening a case with PayPal. I was refunded in the end, I’m not sure why almost a year later they are trying to dispute my review.

Horrendous. Money taken from my account start of March and still no product. I have asked for a refund countless times and they have said no each time as ‘its already shipped.’ Eventually they agreed that if it hadn’t arrived by an agreed date I would get my refund. The date passes - no product - so I email for my refund. ‘Sorry queen we can’t refund you because it’s already shipped’ Scam scam scam
