They sent my wrong 10 times cheaper item and never replied to my complaints in e-mail and instagram....

Items sent to wrong address and never rectified. Left in limbo, suddenly stopped responding. £40 spent, no goods received. Avoid if you like your money!

I ordered two items from Dark Rozi. A body harness and a lingerie set. So far I have only received the harness and the quality is laughable for how much they cost. The hardware is cheap; feels like the same clips and rings used on items you'd find at the dollar store. The vegan leather is thin and weak. They are non returnable so I'm stuck with an overpriced lesson in shopping online. Please don't waste your money! The quality is not there whatsoever. For reference I paid $135 Canadian for both items.

Product without quality. Broke within the first 5 minutes. Support says they can give me a partial refund?! Why would I buy trash again?

I ordered two items. It took 1 month for one of the sets to arrive. Unfortunately, the size is not even close to M as supposed to,instead it looks like it's XSS. The refund policy says you can't return anything after 48 hours since your recieve the shipment, and the customer service is non existent. Nobody ever replied to my emails, whats up number does not exist. The item came from China, the quality Is very poor. It's a waste of money and time.

EDIT 2: This company has tried to get this review removed by asking Trust Pilot to check the validity of my review. I've had to upload documents to show my actual purchase. Stay away from this company. Changed review back to one star. Do yourself a favor and compare the legitimate one-star reviews versus the clearly fake five-star reviews. EDIT: The company finally got in touch almost right after I posted this review, they were offering a refund + a store coupon in exchange for me removing this review. I accepted the refund and am now editing this from one star to two stars. Ordered an item on the 20th of November, tracking shows it got returned to sender due to an address issue (which I've literally never had before). It's now the 28th of December and I have yet to receive a single reply to my emails or DMs. Reading all these other reviews and comparing the 5-star to the lower-star ones it really looks like a lot of these reviews are fake as in my personal experience customer service is not around at all. The next step is to talk to my bank to get a refund, at least they will reply to me.

Hi there, I placed an order of around $ 60 at Dark Rozi and after a while wondered why my package, according to the tracking code, had not been sent yet, I contacted support. (that was about 1 month after my order) after I was ignored by the support for 1 month, I wrote a second email and threatened to claim my money back via PayPal. Then I received a response relatively quickly stating that something went wrong and they will send me a replacement product ... So another month passed without any information, or a tracking code for the new package. I wrote another email in which I complained that I had not yet received any information or a tracking code. Response from support: "Did you receive a tracking code?" No of course not... So I replied that I haven't received anything yet and that I'm starting to feel ripped off The following answer was almost even funnier: Dark Rozi cannot, I repeat, NOT send to Germany ... ridiculous ... especially they noticed it after 2 „shipments“ ... OUTRAGEOUS in the same email they offered me a gift card... so that I can order another product that CANNOT be sent to Europe ... of course i refused and asked for my money back and then, who would have thought, 1 month no answer and no money I wrote another email in which I set a deadline day for they otherwise I switch on the paypal support ... no answer no money In the end, PayPal had to reclaim the money and that was the end of the matter because PayPal then reclaimed the payment WORST support I've ever seen 0 out of 5 stars if it would work I advise everyone against buying Also, I can't understand how there are so many 5 star ratings ... ridiculous Terrible buying experience

Dark Rozi is a dropshipping company. Meaning that when you order, it actually makes an order on Aliexpress. This is why it's always seems on sale : harnesses you'll buy 35€, actually cost around 5 on Aliexpress... Also explains why the shipment is free in all countries and why it takes a very long time to get to you. Their packages come from China and items have no labels whatsoever : nothing to prove it's leather (it's not) nor Dark Rozi label. For something that is suppose to be handmade, it's very suspicious. Terrible experience : coundn't get a refund on the whole order. They'll replace item if there's a problem, but you won't get your money back. Evoid at all cost ! And if in anyway you really like something in their store and don't care that it's not leather or made in China, just go on Aliexpress. It will be 5x times cheaper.
