When we received the harness, the buckles had been attached incorrectly and we were unable to use it. However the customer service team was very kind and offered a resolution very quickly. I appreciate the quick responses and friendly assistance. Will probably order more in the future

I bought a harness and boots from them and loved them !!! The harness adjusted perfectly and fit comfortably! Also the customer service is GREAT!! Any problems that you might have or any questions they will answer as quick as possible and will help out!! I will definitely be purchasing more in the near future !! Also cant pass it up with the GREAT prices !!! I saw a lot of reviews with talking bad about them and I believe they are misinterpreting it all and being unfair But i never had a problem they emailed and offered help and also i was very understanding with the timing because there was covid and shipping was taking long for anything you would order anywhere !!! Ppl are being KARENS! Lol I believe the communication is GREAT!!! You have to communicate well !!!

I ordered a harness set, which consisted of a bra harness and a leg harness, but ended up receiving 2 leg harnesses instead. After contacting them I received a gift card with the amount of the product I initially ordered so I could order it again without paying anything and they let me keep the two leg harnesses (even after mentioning I would not mind sending them back). So the service was incredible!
