Great customer service. My harness did not fit over my thighs and the customer service team helped me order something else. Trustworthy company, and quality material used on their products.

We just loved all the products! Bought 2 sets. One red harness and one black full of other accessories. Both took a little while to arrive because of the Pandemic logistic issues, but the customer’s support helped and gave us all the info needed. The are made with very high quality leather and we are definitely in love!

I ordered a harnesses from Dark Rozi. Specifically the thigh to wrist harness. I absolutely love it. It only took a few weeks to arrive and it's beautiful. It's also super important to me as a vegetarian that it's faux leather. It's so comfy and soft. My only complaint is if your plus size like me, it's going to be tight and you might have some bulging. But I like them tight so that's okay. 😝

In love with my products from here and the service was flawless. They replied to my messages every step of the way and were lovely dealing with all my requests. Thoroughly recommend.

These 5 stars are for the 1 star reviewers. Im glad I read all your reviews as I would have spent a couple hundred dollars on here. I'm glad I read these reviews. Seems like a cheap company trying to suck your money with fake advertising on what the company really is. Also the sarcastic replies from whoever the responder is and calling people dear and writing haha and calling customers out is extremely unprofessional. But thats what you get with bulls*** companies. Thx everyone.

I loved my purchase. I loved the many holes to adjust the harness, making its easy to accommodate my body shape. They have so many different styles that had me in love, i loved my purchase so much i look forward to the next. The only bad thing was that it took a little while to arrive, but i live in an island in the Caribbean so packages always take their time to arrive and since it was during pandemic time honestly it arrived at an average time.

I ordered an item for the first time and it was more then wonderful! It took a little longer then I personally expected but there was zero issues. Responded quick to emails. Better quality then expected(so perfect!), plan on ordering more soon!! I would so recommend there products!!!

I ordered a couple of times from the site, for the first time. The leather is a decent thickness (not super thick) everything fits well, even for my tiny legs. It’s always hard to find anything that will fit me and my small frame. One of my items didn’t make it, but they were super nice and very understanding, and even offered me a choice between a replacement, gift card, or refund as a way to compensate for the missing item. The products are nice and the customer service is amazing, can’t beat that!
